Charlotte Pritchard & family stayed at villa Erena
So we decided a villa would be perfect for a family of 4 traveling to Cyprus. After
scouring the internet for the perfect villa we came across villa Erena which we
found on holiday lettings. Once transferred to Keyshore's website we found no reviews,
which as you can imagine put doubt in our minds as whether this company was real
after hearing so many horror stories. We messaged Keyshore and straight away we
had a reply from a lovely lady Helen, giving us all the info we needed. Emails went
back and forth over some time and decided to take the plunge and book it. So glad
we did. We paid a deposit with the balance needed 6 weeks prior. We also paid 500
euros to cover anything that may get damage during our stay, which we have had back
with no hassle. We arranged our transfers through Keyshore for 150 euros for a return
and cannot fault them. The villa itself was amazing, had everything we needed -
fridge/freezer, Wi-Fi, PlayStation, loads DVDs, washing machine, air con throughout,
and the décor was to our needs, very modern. The villa is literally 2 streets away
from the strip with Lidls being a 5 minute walk and stocks everything we have in
the UK and for cheap. The villa is tucked away in a small cul de sac and is not
overlooked, the pool area was wonderful and the kids absolutely loved it. There
is an outdoor BBQ but didn't get the chance to use it. The staff were very quick
in responding to queries and is run by 2 Welsh girls, which we loved. Protaras itself
is absolutely gorgeous and very cheap, 12 euros for a 3 course set menu, 3.50 for
a full breakfast, 2.50 a pint of larger. For a family of 4 in September we spent
around £1800 and didn't hold back on anything. This villa is the perfect choice
for a family and can sleep upto 8 people. Will definitely be returning and will
definitely use Keyshore Properties in the future. 5 star all round!
